Hello! Crocheter here and I like making stuffed toys :)) But I don’t want to use polyfill anymore because it doesn’t biodegrade + it’s a potential microplastic polluter. I’ve been collecting yarn scraps din to stuff the toys with, but I know I’ll eventually run out because I don’t like wasting yarn so I don’t cut long bits for weaving in. Does anyone know of a supplier of a biodegradable and sustainable alternative to polyfill? For example kapok fibers, kaya lang I can’t find a local supplier. Also, does anyone know where to buy organic cotton yarn? If I do turn this into a business, I’ll want it to be as sustainable as possible.
